Taster Sessions: Coarse & Fly Fishing




Are you interested in learning more about fishing but do not know where to start? If so these Taster Days are ideal to give you a basic introduction to the sport. No prior knowledge or equipment are required as we provide it all along with qualified, CRB checked instruction.

Taster Dates 2012:

Coarse Fishing: Thursday 16 February, Thursday 12 April, Thursday 7 June, Thursday 16 August, Thursday 1 November. Click here for our fishery diary.

  • Morning: 10am - 12pm
  • Afternoon : 1pm - 3pm
  • £8.20 per person, all equipment provided

Fly Fishing:  2012 dates TBA.  Sponsored by the Salmon & Trout Association

  • Morning: 9.30am-12pm
  • Afternoon: 1pm-4pm
  • £10.00 per junior aged 10-16

A fantastic day was had by all who attended our Taster Days during 2008, 2009. and 2010 The Environment Agency and Manor Farm teamed up together to provide fishing to all budding anglers. In 2009 a total of just under 100 people attended, with all, I believe catching fish!
