Blunham Lake Report 03/11/2010
The lake record has been broken this week for the biggest carp weighing 25lb exactly. It was caught on luncheon meat. Plenty of smaller carp being caught as well up to around the 13lb mark. Main baits seem to be predominantly luncheon meat and hookable pellets as well as the usual large of amounts of silver fish caught on maggots in mid water. Bream and tench are being caught on the same baits but not as many are being caught as carp.
