Manor Farm Fishing Season Tickets


Season tickets are issued from 1 January each year. Please note we do not operate a waiting list for season tickets, they are sold on a first come first served basis from 1 January 2012. The shop will be open from 10am on 1 January 2012.

Maximum stay on any lake is restricted to 7 consecutive nights.


Rules and Reminders

1. Maximum 2 Rods Only all year.

2. Barbless Hooks

3. No cars around the lakes other than by prior arrangement. A permit must be displayed at all times issued at tackle barn.

4. All season ticket holders will be entitled to 10% discount in the Tackle Barn with production of your season ticket. (Excludes bait, food, fishing tickets and sale items).

5. The gates will open from 7am daily and lock for site entry at 6pm. Exit from the site is always available.

6. Bait boats may be used only with due consideration to other anglers and may be banned at any time. A recovery fee of £20 will be charged for any stranded boats.

7. Fishing on Winters Lake and the Canal must be agreed and booked with the Tackle Barn prior to fishing.

8. Night fishing must be booked in advance. Please sign in at the Tackle Barn to confirm your arrival. If you need to cancel or leave early please advise Tackle Barn.

9. Day season ticket holders who wish to book a night can do so but have to pay the extra night rate for that lake eg. Carp Lake £10.50 or winters £12.00.

10. As a season ticket holder at Manor Farm, we ask that you also act “as a bailiff”. Please report any suspicious behaviour to us immediately so that we can deal with it at the time of the incident where possible. Any problems, please contact The Tackle Barn on 01767 317835.

Any Season Ticket holder found breaking any of the stated rules or misusing the facilities will be asked to leave and refused future admission to the site. No compensation will be paid.

Fly Fishing Season Tickets

These tickets are available at anytime throught the year, although the the Damsel Lake is not stocked with fresh trout between 1 May and 30 September. If your season ticket covers these months, the extra time will be added from 1 October ie a ticket purchased on 1 April will allow fly fishing during April, October, November and December.

Season Tickets for the Trout (Damsel) lake are available for any 4 month period. More payment options are available, (credit or debit card etc) - contact us on 01767 317835 for more details

Rules and Reminders

1. The Gates will open from 7am daily and lock for site entry at 7pm. The gates are never locked when leaving the site. These times apply all year.

2. The Tackle Barn is open for sales from 7am summertime and 8am wintertime. Closing times vary according to the time of year, please check at The Tackle Barn.

3. Please record all fish caught and taken on the catch return slip issued to you, please post in the box provided.

4. Catch and release is permitted only after two fish have been caught and killed. Fishing is then on barbless hooks only. Whilst fishing catch and release boobies must not be used and the fish must not be removed from the water.

5. Any damaged fish must be removed from the water. Please pass to the bailiff for disposal.

6. The lake will not be stocked with trout between 1 June and 30 September. During these months coarse anglers are permitted to fish the Damsel Lake. Fly fishing is still allowed, with some anlgers landing carp to 25lb.

7. Fish eligible for the Troutmaster competition must be killed and witnessed by a bailiff.
