TROUT STOCKING & CATCH REPORT TO 30 APRIL 2010

NOTE: Fly fishing on the Damsel Lake will be at the reduced price of £10.50 per day from 1 May to 30 September 2010, due to high water temperatures. Trout will not be stocked during this period, although they are still being cught freely throughout May at present. Excellent evening rises of carp generally occur during the summer months; these fish can often be caught on the fly. Fly fishing only resumes from 1 October 2010.

the water generally, although deeper on bright days.
