MONTHLY REPORT:

TROUT LAKE: (Updated 2nd August 2005)

The trout lake is now closed for fly fishing but being used for open matches(see below for deatils) and will reopen for fly fishing following stocking on 1 September 2005.

Open matches are currently being run on this lake whilst fly fishing has ceased. These are run fortnightly, with the next being this Saturday 6 August with a 1pm draw, fish 2-7pm. Please ring to book on 01767 317835. The last match was won with a weight of 35lb 10oz with Phil Dilley in second place with 33lb 6oz. The average bag weight was approximately 20lb.

Prices are £15.00 for a 2 fish / 5 hour limit, or £14.00 for concessions. Tuition is available when booked on 01767 317835.
